LIVER CAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
8 ozs of liver (minimum)
4 ozs of self raising flour
2 eggs
1 carrot (optional)

Put all of the above into blender until mixture smooth, pink and runny.

Pour into a greased baking tray (or use greasing paper)

Place into over (gas mark 4) for approximately 15 minutes and use a folk to pierce the mixture and make a number of holes to prevent any air sockets from developing.

Return to oven for further 15 minutes.

Leave to cool and cut into bite size pieces

Store in the fridge (or they can be kept in the freezer and frozen).
