LIVER CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

 

8 ozs of liver (minimum)

4 ozs of self raising flour

2 eggs

1 carrot (optional)

 

  • Put all of the above into blender until mixture smooth, pink and runny.

  • Pour into a greased baking tray (or use greasing paper)

  • Place into over (gas mark 4) for approximately 15 minutes and use a folk to pierce the mixture and make a number of holes to prevent any air sockets from developing.

  • Return to oven for further 15 minutes.

  • Leave to cool and cut into bite size pieces

  • Store in the fridge (or they can be kept in the freezer and frozen).
